INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE + SERVICE USE POLICY

1. Ownership of Materials

All KillHopium deliverables — including but not limited to:
* Script Fixes
* Script Teardowns
* Call Autopsies
* DM Scripts
* Leaked Ledgers
* Objection Executions
* Tactical Enhancer Sets— are proprietary intellectual property of KillHopium™.
These materials are built using protected doctrine, frameworks, and original kill methodology.

2. Usage License

By paying for and receiving any KillHopium service, you are granted a single-use, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
You may NOT:
* Resell or redistribute any part of the deliverable
* Share it with peers, colleagues, or training groups
* Modify and publish it as your own
* Package it into content, frameworks, or commercial products
Every deliverable is watermarked, tagged, and tracked.

3. Breach Consequences

Violating these terms constitutes intellectual property theft and will result in:
* Public exposure on LinkedIn and Telegram
* Termination of all access to KillHopium services
* Legal action under applicable IP and commercial laws
No warnings. No explanations. No survivors.

4. Enforcement Protocol

All files delivered via Telegram or PDF contain metadata and language identifying KillHopium™ as the origin.
Screenshots, forward logs, or derivative phrasing found in other platforms, courses, or coaching products will trigger takedown and enforcement procedures.
If in doubt — don’t copy. Don’t share. Don’t pretend.

5. Submission Terms

All paid submissions (Solo or Team) are non-refundable.Silence after submission is a legitimate outcome. KillHopium is a pressure protocol, not a coaching service.
